    "An Act establishing the film office in the Department of                                                                   
    Commerce, Community, and Economic Development; creating a                                                                   
    transferable tax credit applicable to certain film production                                                               
    expenditures incurred in the state; and providing for an effective

Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that

reading, and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was
