Full Journal pdf2008-04-09 House Journal Page 2761 SB 230 The following, which was read the second time and moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 2756), was again before the House: HCS FOR CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 230(FIN) "An Act establishing the film office in the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development; creating a transferable tax credit applicable to certain film production expenditures incurred in the state; and providing for an effective date." Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSSSB 230(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSSSB 230(FIN) was read the third time. Representative Olson declared a conflict of interest. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSSSB 230(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HCS CSSSSB 230(FIN).
